تخرجت من الجامعة؟ تهانينا، بس شو يعني!

نقص مقلق في المعرفة لدى الخريجين الجدد!

أجلس هنا أهز رأسي محبطًا مرة أخرى، بعد أن قرأت مجموعة من السير الذاتية لخريجين جدد. بدأ هذا الإحباط منذ زمن بعيد عندما عدت من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى فلسطين للمساعدة في تأسيس شركة الاتصالات الفلسطينية في منتصف التسعينات. حينها، وجدنا بأنفسنا أعذاراً لعدد كبير من المتقدمين في ذلك الوقت، حيث كانت الشركات تؤسس بسرعة، نظراً لأن القطاع الخاص بأكمله كان يتحول من نمط التشغيل التقليدي إلى نمط تشغيل حديث. كان من المتوقع أن يجد الخريجون الجدد مع مرور الوقت حلولاً لنقاط ضعفهم الواضحة، خاصةً في ظل سعي الجامعات لتطوير طرق وبرامج جديدة معدة لتأهيل الخريجين الجدد، ناهيك عن مستوى الوعي الذي يفترض أن يكون الخريج نفسه قد حققه من خلال متابعة مستجدات سوق العمل والتعلم الذاتي. وإن قامت الجامعات بتطوير مهارات البحث عن عمل من خلال هذه البرامج فلم نلمس أثر ذلك ولم يرتقي الخريجون إلى المستوى المطلوب، بالطبع ليس جميعهم، ولكن ما يكفي لأنكب على كتابة هذا المقال!
